New design of loading platform:

For example, we replace the original metal base plate on the beam with solid wood base plate, making:

  • Lower deadweight: using solid wood panels as a cargo platform effectively reduces the overall weight of the trailer.
  • Easy to maintain: solid wood panels are easy to replace and easy to maintain.
  • Durable and non-slip: the wooden base plate is wear-resistant, non-slip and not easy to deform.
  • Cost reduction: Wooden boards are less expensive than steel plates, but they do not affect the load capacity. On the contrary, it can carry more weight due to its lower dead weight.

New design of gooseneck:

In addition, the 40 ft semi low bed trailer we produce also adds a design that can expand the width of the cargo platform:

We have added side panels and a 250mm wide foldable widener to the sides and gooseneck of the low bed semi trailer. This allows:

  • The maximum width of the loading platform is 3000mm. when in use, simply unfold the wideners and lower the side panels to make it easier to transport large loads.
  • The gooseneck section can carry cargo and can be expanded in width. The gooseneck is also designed with a width expansion device. As a result, the 40 feet low bed trailer is able to transport more cargo at once.
